I am entering my 17th year as a teacher, coach and athletic director at Atkinson County High School.  I have been married to Nora McGowan for the last 40 years.  We have two children and one grandson.  During my time here I have served as a football coach both assisting and also as a head coach.  I also spent 8 years as the head girls basketball coach.  I have thoroughly enjoyed my time watching kids grow and learn how to be successful adults over the years.  I am very happy to be a part of a great school that is filled with awesome students and a knowledgeable staff that truly cares of the welfare of their students.
